1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 6 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be provided.

2. Return & Exchange Process

1️.Initiate a Return/Exchange:

• Email us at [Your Email] within 6 days of delivery with your order details.
• Mention whether you want an exchange (size change) or store credit.

2️.Reverse Pickup & Return Process:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
• Customers are advised to make a video while handing over the product for their records.

3️.Inspection & Processing:

• Once we receive the returned item, processing will begin.
• The store credit or exchange will be issued once the product is inspected and approved.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

💳 Store Credit Only:

• Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
• COD orders are also eligible for store credit only. No cash/bank refunds will be provided.

🔄 Size Exchange:

• If the requested size is available, we will replace the item.
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

• All products are thoroughly checked before shipping to avoid defects.
• Customers are advised to make a video while handing over the product for added security.

5. Processing Time & Notifications

• The return/exchange process will start once we receive the product at our facility.
• Customers will be notified via email about their return/exchange status.
