3. Payments & Pricing

• We accept payments through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD orders will incur an additional fee of ₹100, which is non-refundable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of ABHIMAA.
• Shipping charges may apply for orders below a certain value, as mentioned at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• You can cancel an order before it has been shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, fraudulent transactions, or technical errors. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer shipping through partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
• Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary due to holidays, unforeseen delays, or other factors beyond our control.
• You will receive a tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Our Return & Exchange Policy governs all returns and exchanges.
• All requests must be made within 6 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Store credit will be issued for all approved returns, including COD orders.
• Disputes regarding returns will be resolved at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ABHIMAA and Hemant International.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from:
• Service downtime or technical issues.
• Incorrect usage of products purchased from our platform.
• Delays due to factors beyond our control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts.
• We encourage dispute resolution through arbitration before legal proceedings when possible.
